Brittany Snow jokes with the paparazzi as she steps out a East Restaurant for BFF Vanessa Hudgens‘ surprise birthday party in Los Angeles on Monday night (December 14).

The 23-year-old actress quickly wished Vanessa happy birthday while walking into the party. Brittany brought along her boyfriend Ryan Rottman to the celebration.
