OlderJustin Bieber: Purple Cap Makes It To Paris
Justin Bieber checks out the crowd of fans surrounding the Hotel Renaissance at the Arc de Triomphe in Paris, France on Thursday afternoon (April 29).
The 16-year-old musician managed to get his fave purple cap back from two New Zealand girls who took it from him. 3News reports that all the girls wanted was a hug and a picture.
Justin told 3News that he wasn’t angry with them, though. “You stole my property. It’s essentially illegal. But, it’s fine, I forgive you,” he said.

I didn’t care until I heard We Are the world I think it is amazing song so is the new CD w/ Ludacris. He is 16 is when my voice changed I can’t wait to hear him after that and I don’t think he looks lke 10 yr old… my younger brother looks 5 yrs younger than he is ,, everyone doesn’t need to look like Nick or Zac :D :D But he should gain some muscle
