Gia Mantegna struts her stuff as she arrives at the 2010 Teen Vogue Young Hollywood Party held at Paramount Studios in Los Angeles on Friday night (October 1).
The 20-year-old actress currently stars as Vanessa in the upcoming Gigantic, a girl who grew up as a child actress in a messed up family and she’s now an emancipated minor.
