Kelsey Chow ruffles it up in a cute black top and Ruffian skirt at the screening of I Love You Phillip Morris hosted by The Cinema Society and DeLeon Tequila at NYC’s School of Visual Arts Theater on Monday night (November 22).

The 19-year-old actress was super excited about the new season announcement of her show, Pair of Kings!

Kelsey exclusively shared with JJJ, “Congratulations to Mitchel, Doc, Ryan, Geno [Segers], and everyone at ‘Pair of Kings’! I am incredibly excited to return to LA to begin Season 2! Being in New York City this fall to complete my freshman year at Columbia has been amazing, but I have really missed my POK family and look forward to many fun and crazy new adventures on the island!”
