Kelsey Chow keeps it cute on the red carpet in a vintage Christian Dior dress as she arrives at the People StyleWatch “A Night Of Red Carpet Style” event at Decades in Los Angeles on Thursday night (January 27).

The 19-year-old actress completed her red carpet look with Louis Vuitton heels. Love her look!

Cassie Scerbo also joined in on the celebration, wearing a glittery gold mini. She was also spotted at the 2011 Sundance Film Festival earlier this week — stopping by the Superdry Experience in Park City, Utah.
