The 18-year-old actress/singer, who just recently left her treatment center in the Midwest, recorded an extra special video message for all her fans, thanking them for the support.

Demi shared in the video, “I read all of the tweets, trending topics and fan mail. Your support is what got me through this. I couldn’t be more thankful for everything you guys sent me.”
