Willow Smith is all smiles as she meets and greets some fans outside her hotel in London on Saturday evening (March 19).

The 11-year-old singer is currently on tour with Justin Bieber.

Justin tweeted earlier this week about his tour mate, “Just heard lil sis @officialwillow KILLIN IT on stage!! it’s her first tour and trust me she is the truth!”
