Chelsea Kane: Check 'The Homes' Finale!

Chelsea Kane stops to take a picture with a fan outside the rehearsal space for Dancing With the Stars in Los Angeles earlier this week.

After taking the top spot on the program Monday night, the 21-year-old actress and her dancing partner Mark Ballas were asked to dance an encore on the results show!
