Debby Ryan‘s birthday cake lights up in front of her as she visits the Sugar Factory at the Paris Las Vegas last week.

The 18-year-old actress dined with family and friends to celebrate her birthday at Sugar Factory American Brasserie before heading over to the retail store to pick up some snacks. We spot sour gummy worms in her bag!

Debby also had another party in Los Angeles over the weekend at Backside Records. She tweeted, “Tonight was unreal. rang in 18 with a dance party/ jam session/ tiedye/ photobooth/ feast in my favorite record store, Backside Records.”
