Mae Whitman: New Blonde Hair!

Mae Whitman shows off her new short blonde locks as she arrives at the NBC Universal TCA 2011 Press Tour All-Star Party at the SLS Hotel on Monday night (August 1) in Los Angeles.

The 23-year-old actress just recently wrapped up filming on The Perks of Being a Wallflower earlier last month — opposite Logan Lerman and Emma Watson.

Mae currently plays Amber in NBC’s Parenthood and it looks like she’s headed for a bit of drama on the show. THR reports that in the new season John Corbett (he plays her dad) will return along with Jason Ritter (he plays her teacher whom her mom had a relationship with).
