Demi Lovato leaves Pinz after bowling with a group of friends on Friday (August 19) in Los Angeles.
The birthday girl, who turns 19 TODAY (August 20), later stopped by a local 7-Eleven to pick up a pack of sugar-free Red Bull.
The night before, Demi kicked off the b-day festivities a bit early with a bash at Hollywood’s Beacher’s Madhouse where everyone was dressed glam rock!
“Demi mingled with everyone and was such a sweetheart,” a source told People, adding that guests included Tiffany Thornton, Hunter Parrish, and Derek Hough.

its sad people have took the pictures of her in 7/11 and assumed the guy infronts beer was hers, when you watch the paparrazi video shes simply waiting to pay for the redbull and you know its gonna turn into a huge thing that she brought beer
I know. . . Demi doesn’t support “sober is sexy” for nothing. She’s actually very committed to being a role model. People will make a story out of anything. At least we know it isn’t true.
