Selena Gomez keeps it chic in a long lacy vest as she attends a press conference at the Molson Canadian Amphitheatre in Toronto, Canada on Tuesday afternoon (August 23).
The 19-year-old actress/singer just released new dates for a Canadian tour with her band, The Scene.

Selena tweeted, “I’m so excited to perform in Toronto tonight and can’t wait to come back and tour Canada in October!”

i partially agree with aly. Selena blew up when she started dating Justin Bieber, before then she was just like the girl on disney channel from Wizards of Waverly Place.
