Miley Cyrus laughs at boyfriend Liam Hemsworth as he coasts on the grocery cart after picking up some snacks at Trader Joe’s on Tuesday afternoon (August 30) in Toluca Lake, Calif.

Looks like gal pal Demi Lovato isn’t the only one trending on Twitter — the 18-year-old actress thanked her own fans for making her one too!
