The 26-year-old actress just got a new tattoo with BFF Vanessa Hudgens, and our buds at EOnline have all the details.
While Vanessa opted for an Om symbol on the back of her hands, Ashley got inked on the side of her left foot, reading jamais seule — French for never alone.

Enough with the tattoos! They look ugly. And yes, I know it’s THEIR bodies, and they can do what they want with them, but if they want me to watch their movies, they’ll value my opinion, too.
Ever notice the more tattoos a star has, the less work they get? Selena Gomez is tat-free, and she’s on top of the world. Miley is full of tats and she’s already a has-been. Ashley and Vanessa can’t get a steady job, but they keep piling on the tattoos. Enough already! This trend is an ugly one.

Jason: are you serious? All the projects Selena books outside her work are even worse than Miley’s. And Vanessa has 2 small tattoos… and her last job required putting on more. Can’t.
Meanwhile everyone from Johnny Depp to Sandra Bullock to Brad Pitt has plenty of tattoos and none of them are starving for work.
Oops, meant to say “outside of her singing work” – and no one cares if musicians/singers/performers/whatever Selena is have tattoos.
I’m agree with Jason, tatoo is ugly, but also soon-to-be has been and above all, absolutely NOT professional….even if these people will never work in a company.
Okay I can’t, @Jason what’s the big deal?? You can’t even see their tattoos unless you look at them closely. FYI, Ashley owns a production company and is an executive producer and I heard news that she might be coming out with a third album and Vanessa had two movies come out this year them being in the Top 10 at the Box Office and she’s coming out with more movies. And also, they aren’t the ONLY celebrities with tattoos, chances are most celebs have tattoos.
I don’t care for tattoos either…..
besides they can be bad for your health if they have thimerosal in them which isn’t good for you

where have u been? Vanessa filmed journey 2 at the beginning of the year, she also filmed another movie where she actually had to put on fake tattoes for her role in a movie called gimmie shelter, and she just signed on to another film called frozen ground. Also the tattoe Vanessa got is really small unless youre looking for it you’re not gonna find it. Also you’d be surprised at the number of people in Hollywood with tattoes.
As for Ashley well I don’t really care I just came to stick up for Vanessa. Ashley fans can stick up for her if they like.

Brining up Selena Gomez as an example shows what kind of movies/other stuff you’re interested in anyway so I doubt that espcially Vanessa’s movies would be interesting for you even if she choose not to have any tattoos, which is as you already said though didn’t seem to get her choice, as it is Ashley’s, and they are far from the only once in showbiz with tattoos, look at Angelina Jolie, Johnny Depp, Brad Pitt, Helen Mirren to name a few, they have way more tattoos then these two and they are all far from “has beens”, though again, maybe their movies aren’t something you would watch, either way, again, it really isn’t your choice, I’m not into tattoos myself and I don’t want one but that’s only how I feel and in no way would I ever try to tell anyone else not to get one if that is what they wanted, I also know that a persons talent and personallity dosn’t sit in their tattoos, and I’m with Haters Suck!, the tattoos Vanessa have are so small or well places that they are hardly noticable most of the time or can be easily hidden/covered if needed.

I don’t like her either, but she apparently has what Hollywood is looking for, because she keeps getting roles. This chick has more future movies line-up than a couple of A listers, WTF? Her little performance in Sucker Punch was terrible, but she still keeps going, so I say the hell with it.
Out of all the HSM stars though, Vanessa is by far the most successful one, which I’m pretty sure no one (who’s not a fan) expected too be…
They are old enough to make the choice of getting à tattoo.
Nessa and ash are both in their 20′s.
Miley and Demi are maybe younger but that doesn’t mean they’re not capable of making their own choices with their body’s.
I’m also 19 and I have 3 tattoo’s.
It’s a choice you make and it doesn’t mean you’re not a good person (rolemodel) to others.
It’s 2011 people, pay attention to important things, instead of worrying about a few tattoos on young celebs.
Tatoos are fashion now, so who give a **** if all the celebs have one! If its prono or satan tatoos, ja, then I have a problem! Tatoos are cool, if I weren’t scared of needles I would get one!!
@Jason: I love how you say that a few days after V gets a new role with an amazing cast. You obviously know nothing since some of Hollywood’s biggest stars have tats and they get work all the time. Why should they care about your opinion? I doubt they’re gonna call you before they make a big decision in life to get your approval. They’re doing it because it means something to them.

well when, God willing, they get old and wrinkly let them worry about it then. No point in worrying about something that won’t be a an issue for the next 20 to 30 maybe 40 years. And who knows what kind of technology we will have by then, if they don’t want it at that age maybe they could just zap it off.
@ Kami, you took the words right out of my mouth girl:), it goes to show you that just the name alone (Vanessa Hudgens) brings the hits:). As far as the tatoos, they are both doing them simply and un noticable so I feel that they are making good choices regarding their tatoo’s.
