Sammi Hanratty and Stella Hudgens keep it cute on the red carpet at the 2011 Teen Vogue Young Hollywood Party held at Paramount Studios on Friday night (September 23) in Los Angeles.

The BFFs just celebrated Sammi‘s 16th birthday, last weekend. Happy belated birthday, Sammi!

Stella tweeted after the party, “so Sammi and I met @tylergposey [Tyler Posey]. and i took a pic of her with him. I honestly had a heart attack…. marry me? <3"

FYI: Sammi wore an orange Anilee dress with Marti Agassi earrings and a Lisa Stewart bracelet.
