The Pretty Little Liars costars are just two of the many celebs that have posed with the elephant and signed a special card, which are being auctioned off with all proceeds going to the Alzheimer’s Association.

Switched at Birth‘s Vanessa Marano and Katie Leclerc also participated in the project!
