Kelsey Chow: Kids Choice Awards 2012

Kelsey Chow dons a pair of lime green heels as she arrives at the 2012 Kids Choice Awards held at the USC Galen Center in Los Angeles on Saturday afternoon (March 31).

The 20-year-old actress wore a fun Leila Shams dress with her Steve Madden heels. Kelsey completed her orange carpet look with MCL jewelry and a Blues by kykyenvelope clutch.
