Demi Lovato & Britney Spears: 'X Factor' Season 2 Judges

It’s official – two former Disney pop stars are joining The X Factor.

This fall, Britney Spears and Demi Lovato will both be judges on the hit show alongside Simon Cowell and L.A. Reid.

The big announcement arrived on Monday (May 14) during Fox’s Upfront Presentation held at NYC’s Beacon Theater.

“I’m so thrilled to join this legendary group of judges on [the show],” Demi, 19, said in a statement. “To be able to spend each week with Simon, L.A. and Britney watching the best that America has to offer is truly a dream come true.”

FYI: Demi is wearing a Falguni & Shane peacock spring 2012 dress and Topshop shoes.

I will admit Demi has an incredible voice but i don’t think she should be a judge first of all she’s too young and secondly how can they expect her to mentor people when she is still dealing with her own issues! This will put too much pressure on her which might make her lose control again! They need to remember she is still recovering everyday!
