The 23-year-old Pretty Little Liars starlet was shot by Francis Bertrand at Scratch DJ Academy in Los Angeles, the world’s first DJ and music production school founded by the late Jam Master Jay and Rob Principe.

“I love!” Janel gasped when she first saw this Sue Wong dress on the racks at our shoot. The look is completed with Parade Designs ring.
