Selena Gomez and her boyfriend Justin Bieber visit the Starship Childrens Hospital on Thursday (July 19) in Auckland, New Zealand.
The 19-year-old actress stayed close by her 18-year-old beau as they walked inside.

“Do something nice for someone else today,” tweeted Justin. “U know your truth…do it for the right reasons.”
He later added, “Always need to mentally prepare myself for these children hospital visits. Really excited though.”
