Lucy Hale: Henri Bendel Opening in Vegas!

Lucy Hale is all smiles while on hand for the opening of Henri Bendel in Las Vegas on Wednesday night (August 29).

After cutting the ribbon for the grand opening, the 23-year-old actress met with guests at the event. Guests also enjoyed a champagne toast and a digital photo booth.
