Miley Cyrus: 'I Know Me & Liam Hemsworth Are Forever'

The 19-year-old starlet stopped to chat with People at the 2012 MTV VMAs about her fun new hair and taking her time planning her upcoming nuptials to Liam, 22.

“I’ve got so much planning to do with the tours and getting the record out,” she shared, speaking of her upcoming album.

Miley added, “I mean I’m really excited to obviously get married, but, I kind of already feel married, and I know we’re forever. I don’t really need the paper right now, so I’m just really trying to work.”
