Justin Bieber: Kissed By a Fan!

Justin Bieber is all smiles as he leaves a studio after meeting with talk show host Jonathan Ross on Thursday (September 13) in London, England.

The 18-year-old singer was greeted by some of his biggest fans as he headed back to his car.

At one point while he was taking pictures, a Belieber kissed Justin on the cheek and left a bright red lipstick mark on him.

“I LOVE PANDEMONIUM!! I LOVE MY FANS!! I LOVE MY BELIEBERS!” Justin recently tweeted.
