Julianne Hough sparkles on the red carpet at the 2012 Emmy Awards held at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on Sunday (September 23) in Los Angeles.
The 24-year-old actress looks like she just swam out of the sea in a Georges Hobeika Couture gown. Julianne completed her look with Brian Atwood heels, a clutch by Judith Leiber, and a ring and earrings by Norman Silverman.
