Callan McAuliffe Learns To Ride with Burton Snowboards

Callan McAuliffe chills out with pro snowboarder Zak Hale and Jeremy Jones at Burton’s Learn to Ride event during the 2013 Sundance Film Festival on Saturday afternoon (January 19) in Park City, Utah.

The 18-year-old actor tried out the slopes on a Burton Snowboard.

“Turns out i like snow,” he tweeted just a few days before.

Callan is also featured in the newest issue of Harper’s Bazaar Australia.

“Working with [director] Baz Luhrmann was incredible. He’s so vibrant, so colourful and has a unique style about his film making,” Callan shared about his upcoming role in The Great Gatsby. “But it was the most difficult acting job I’ve done in terms of all the action I had to do. It wouldn’t seem like it, but i had to try and emulate exactly what Leonardo DiCaprio was going with his character. It was good fun.”
