Hayden Panettiere - Billboard Music Awards 2013

Hayden Panettiere is beautiful in black on the blue carpet at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on Sunday night (May 19) in Las Vegas.

The 23-year-old Nashville actress, in Halston Heritage, will take the stage during the annual show to present an award.
