Ian Somerhalder holds a female actress while shooting on the set of his Azzaro perfume campaign on Wednesday (July 3) in Lake Como, Italy.

The day before, the 34-year-old Vampire Diaries star was spotted arriving in the gorgeous Italian village by boat.
