Miranda Cosgrove: Rady Children's Hospital Visit

Miranda Cosgrove gets a high-five from a very special patient at the Rady Children’s Hospital on Friday afternoon (July 12) in San Diego, Calif.

The 20-year-old actress met with patients outdoors where she signed autographs, posed for pictures and even gave them their own Despicable Me 2 poster!

Despicable Me 2 is currently the reigning box office champ for it’s second weekend.
