Jake T. Austin & Cierra Ramirez - Teen Choice Awards 2013

Jake T. Austin arrives in style at the 2013 Teen Choice Awards held at the Gibson Amphitheatre on Sunday (August 11) in Los Angeles.

The 18-year-old actor was joined by his Fosters co-stars Cierra Ramirez, David Lambert, and Hayden Byerly.

A few days earlier, Jake suited up for a special screening of From One Second to the Next held at the SilverScreen Theater at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood.

FYI: Jake wore head-to-toe Emporio Armani with Tom Ford sunglasses and Mezlan shoes. Cierra wore an Angelys Balek dress. David is wearing Duffie jeans.
