Demi Lovato To Play Naya Rivera's Love Interest on 'Glee'!

Not only is Demi Lovato set to appear in a recurring role on this season of Glee, but she’s playing Naya Rivera‘s potential new girlfriend!

“She’s playing my love interest, so I’m very very excited about it,” Naya recently told MTV. “We get to sing a song together. I’m excited to work wit her.”

It was also just reported that several original castmembers will be returning for the tribute episode to Cory Monteith, which they are currently filming.

Glee returns on Thursday, Sept. 26 @ 9PM on Fox.
