Tom Felton: 'Belle' Premiere at TIFF 2013

Tom Felton steps out for the premiere of Belle during the 2013 Toronto International Film Festival held at The Elgin on Sunday night (September 8) in Toronto, Canada.

The 25-year-old actor joined his co-star Gugu Mbatha-Raw at the Variety Studio at Holt Renfrew on Monday morning (September 9).
