Adrienne Bailon: My Mom Told Me to Pick My Battles with Boyfriends

Adrienne Bailon heads into a building for her appearance on The Wendy Williams Show on Thursday (October 17) in New York City.

The 29-year-old actress recently opened up about the best advice she ever got.

“This is really funny, but I swear it’s the one that applies most to me: Pick your battles wisely,” Adrienne told Latina.com. “I learned that from my mother. A lot of times, my boyfriends would do these small things and I would pick these huge fights like well we shouldn’t be together! And I’ve learned that if this really isn’t something I’m going to break up with you over, probably why ruin the day?”

The week before, Adrienne struck a pose in the pool at the Swim for Relief event benefiting Hurricane Sandy Recovery in Herald Square.
