Miley Cyrus rocks a cut-out dress as she arrives at the 2013 MTV EMA held at the Ziggo Dome on Sunday night (November 10) in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

The 20-year-old singer’s dress read “Please Stop Violence” along with pictures of deceased rappers Biggie Smalls and Tupac.
