Julianne Hough pulls the hood over her head while out to lunch with a friend on Friday afternoon (February 7) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The next day (February 8), the 25-year-old actress let her hood down and showed off her new short locks while getting a mani-pedi at a local nail salon. How cute is Julianne with a pixie cut?
