Justin Bieber's Rumored Girlfriend Chantel Jeffries: 'We're Friends'

Chantel Jeffries has opened up about her relationship with Justin Bieber for the first time.

The 21-year-old model told E! News (via MTV) that reports about her 19-year-old rumored beau are just “misconceptions,” and denied that she ever saw him use drugs.

When asked if she and Justin had kissed, she said, “We’re friends. Do you kiss your friends? Do you sleep in the same bed as your friends?”

She also shut down rumors that she’s been in trouble with the law before. “I never went to jail. I was never convicted of any crimes.”

“I have my own goals and I focus on those,” Chantel added. “I’m a strong independent woman.”

Chantel was a passenger in Justin‘s car when he was pulled over and arrested in Miami last month. He reportedly turned down a plea deal for the case and is likely to go to trial.
