Amy Purdy Thanks Fans for Support After 'DWTS' Injury & Hospital Visit

Amy Purdy suffered a scary back injury during last night’s (April 28) episode of Dancing with the Stars and is now thanking fans for sticking by her.

After performing an amazing Rumba with pro partner Derek Hough and getting their scores from the judges, the 34-year-old athlete’s back started spasming.
