Nina Nesbitt Chats Writing With Conor Maynard: 'I'd Love To Do It Again'

“Got a 45 minute set today at the O2 Academy in Leeds yay, will be premiering the festival cover today! Listen out for it…,” the 19-year-old singer tweeted just before her set.

Nina recently chatted about collaborating with Conor Maynard on a few songs.

“I’ve been in the studio with Conor for the last two days and he’s writing for his album at the moment. I’ve written with a lot of writers before and did a song (Mr C) with Lily Allen for my album but it was kind of weird writing with Conor,” she shared. “I write from a very personal experience and usually write about myself and guys but doing the writing about a girl from a guy’s perspective was quite interesting.”

Nina added, “We sat down with a guitar and I asked Conor what was going on in his life and we began writing about it. It was really fun and I’d love to do it again.”
