Zendaya Lands Lead in New Disney Show 'K.C. Undercover'!

Zendaya is already headed back to our TV screens and we couldn’t be more excited about it!

According to TV Guide, the 17-year-old actress has been cast in the lead role of Disney’s upcoming family comedy K.C. Undercover! She will star as K.C. Cooper, “a high school student training to follow in her parents’ footsteps as an undercover spy.”

The cast also includes Kadeem Hardison, Tammy Townsend, Kamil McFadden, and Veronica Dunne. Production is set to begin this summer for an early 2015 slated release date.

Oh, and did we mention that Z will also serve as a co-producer on the show?! We can’t wait! Congrasts, Zendaya!
