Katy Perry to Perform 'Birthday' at Billboard Music Awards 2014!
Katy Perry doesn’t mess around when it comes to color while performing live on stage for her Prismatic World Tour on Tuesday night (May 13) at the LG Arena Birmingham, England.
The 29-year-old entertainer changed into so many outfits, we lost count! We love them all!
