American Idol Champ Caleb Johnson Hits Up Jack White Concert

Caleb Johnson arrives at the Mayan Theatre for the Jack White concert in Los Angeles on Wednesday night (June 11).

The 23-year-old reigning American Idol champ made time to sign a few autographs for fans before the event.

“Pre production for the record starts this week! Can’t wait to let all you amazing people hear it on August 12 !!!” he wrote on Twitter just last week.

Caleb added later on, “Doing some writing today some amazingly gifted writers ! Can’t wait to let you hear the record it’s gonna be sweet !:) #churchofrocknroll.”
