Sophie Turner Lands Title Role in 'Mary Shelley�s Monster' Film

Sophie Turner has been cast in a new movie!

According to Deadline, the 18-year-old Game of Thrones actress will star in Mary Shelley’s Monster in the title role, opposite Jeremy Irvine as Percy Shelley.

The film follows the young “Frankenstein” author “as she writes her seminal novel and is drawn into a Faustian bargain with her own ‘monster’ of an alter ego, who offers literary fame at a desperate personal cost.”

Taissa Farmiga is reportedly in talks to join the cast as well.
