Sarah Hyland Gets Restraining Order Against Ex-Boyfriend Matt Prokop

Sarah Hyland is protecting herself with a temporary restraining order against her ex-boyfriend Matt Prokop, according to TMZ.

The 23-year-old Modern Family actress claimed that the 24-year-old actor choked her, pushed her, and threatened her life.

“His grip was so tight that I could not breathe or speak. I was scared and in fear for my life,” Sarah said in the court documents about an argument with Matt.

With the restraining order, Matt must stay at least 100 yards away from Sarah and her dog at all times.
