Jessie J Surprises HALO Award Honorees with NYC Performance

Jessie J gets the crowd pumped up during her performance at an event ahead of the 2014 HALO Awards on Sunday (October 12) in New York City.

The 26-year-old entertainer, who was joined by Nick Cannon, helped surprise the five teens who are being honored this year for “Helping and Leading Others” (HALO) in their communities.

“We’re taking over New York City with the hottest music performers and the most awe-inspiring kids for one huge fun night at this year’s Nickelodeon HALO Awards,” Nick said in a statement. “The HALO Awards embodies the altruistic spirit of the holidays with its positive message and I can’t wait to celebrate the terrific work of these young heroes.”

Jessie, Nick Jonas, Meghan Trainor, Echosmith, and The Vamps are all set to perform at the concert special, which premieres Sunday, November 30 @ at 7PM ET/PT across all Nickelodeon networks!
