Willow Shields steps out for the 10th Anniversary Of ‘Dancing With The Stars’ Party held at Greystone Manor on Tuesday night (April 21) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 14-year-old actress joined her pro partner Mark Ballas and his girlfriend, BC Jean, at the star-studded bash celebrating 10 years of the reality competition show.
