Zac Efron hangs upside down while doing a balancing act on top of Robert De Niro‘s arm for an outrageous stunt scene on Thursday afternoon (April 30) in Tybee Island, Ga.

The 27-year-old actor was seen doing flexes and he even hopped on top of Robert‘s back for the Dirty Grandpa scene!
