Il Volo Take Third Place At Eurovision Song Contest 2015

Il Volo light up the stage for their performance at the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest held on Saturday night (May 23) in Vienna, Austria.

The guys — Piero Barone, Ignazio Boschetto and Gianluca Ginoble — took the stage last to perform their song “Grande Amore” for Italy.

Italy came in third, after Sweden and Russia after the votes were counted. Italy also won the Marcel Bezencon Press Award ahead of the finals.

“Proud to have represented our country. We are so proud to be Italian. Thank you for all your support. It means the world. #ITA #Eurovision,” the band wrote on Twitter after the show.
