Adelaide Kane Says Goodbye To Toby Regbo After Tonight's 'Reign'

We knew it was coming, but we didn’t know how. King Francis, played by Toby Regbo, met his untimely death on tonight’s Reign.

JJJ hasn’t watched the episode yet so we can’t (and won’t) tell you how it happened (because we don’t know), but we do know it’s happened since Adelaide Kane said her goodbyes on Instagram.

“The King is dead… Long Live the King. It was such a pleasure working with you for the last two years @tobyregbo Francis will be sorely missed. Much love from all of us and the best of luck for the future. ???? #thankyoutoby #Reign #itwasagreatfakemarriage,” she wrote.

Torrance Coombs, who plays Bash, Francis’ half-brother, added, “How we’re all feeling about now. #Reign.” See the pic below:

The Show Will NOT be the SAME without him! Many many are promising not to watch anymore in anger. It will for sure be cancelled

Nah. They were already setting up the next historic moves to England/Scotland with the intro. of the Elizabeth I and Dudley characters. They can also stretch out the eventual regency of King Charles. I thought that the King Francis character would last to the season closer. Bash and the Nostradamus character’s are still in the picture.
