Kristen Stewart Comments on Gender Equality in Hollwood: 'Do Something'

Kristen Stewart touches down at LAX airport after an eventful weekend at the 2016 Sundance Film Festival on Monday (January 25) in Los Angeles.

The 25-year-old actress, who attended the festival for the premiere of her movie Certain Women, recently gave her take on gender inequality in Hollywood.

“It sounds weird for me to sit around and say, ‘It’s not fair.’ Guys make more money because their movies make more money. Let’s start making more movies � it makes sense,” Kristen told Variety. “I came from a family � my mom’s an artist, she’s a painter, she’s a script supervisor as well. When she wasn’t working, she was making something. She was never bored. Instead of sitting around complaining about that, do something.”
