Ariel Winter opened up about her breast reduction surgery in an appearance on Good Morning America that aired on Tuesday (March 1) on ABC.

The 18-year-old Modern Family actress talked about the scrutiny she faced because of her body.

Ariel she was disappointed by “walking down the red carpet and seeing the photos afterward and having every headline be about my cleavage and not about my talent… Not about what I was really there for or anything that I wanted to be put out there.”

Ariel emphasized that she had the surgery to stop the physical pain she experienced, stating, “I don’t care what other people think about me.”
