Ross Butler Joins Archie Comics Pilot 'Riverdale'

Ross Butler‘s news is out — he’s joined the cast of Riverdale!

The 23-year-old actor has joined Cole Sprouse in the pilot based on the Archie Comics characters, as well as Daniel Yang and Cody Kearsley.

Set in present day, Riverdale is described as a “surprising and subversive take on Archie (KJ Apa), Betty (Lili Reinhart), Veronica (Camila Mendes), Jughead (Sprouse) and their friends, exploring the surrealism of small town life – the darkness and weirdness bubbling beneath Riverdale’s wholesome fa�ade.”

Ross will play Reggie Mantle, Daniel is Dilton Doiley and Cody K will play Moose Mason.
